Picture Day

Please come to the pool at 8am dressed and ready for team pictures! If you have your team suit, please wear it. If you do not have a team suit, please wear the suit you plan on wearing to meets. Order forms are available on the website to download and bring with you along with payment (check). We will have extra forms for anyone who forgets. |

Come join us for our first pep rally at Bowl America Burke. For just $6/person you get an hour and a half of unlimited bowling and complimentary shoe rental. Please indicate number of participants in RSVP- if siblings wish to attend, just let us know at practice! Payment is due before Friday and can be given to either Matt or Alexis at practice. |

We hope everyone will join us for Time Trials on the morning of Saturday, June 11th. All swimmers will swim each event. These times will help coaches gauge the line-up for our first A meet at Broyhill Crest on Saturday, June 18th. If you are unable to attend Time Trials, please reach out to a Team Rep and let us know so we can get times for your swimmer(s) during practice. |

First Practice of the Season

Kicking off the Summer 2022 season with our first day of practice. The pool water will likely be a bit chilly so be sure you bring some warm clothes to throw on after practice. Practice times are listed below. If you have scheduling conflicts for these first two weeks, let us know! We are happy to work with you so that you can make it to a few practices!
