Tonight is the IM Carnival! Here is important information for everyone.

Weather: We will do our best to get this meet in. Please make sure to pay attention to SwimTopia alerts for any weather issues. This is a quick meet so once we get it going we will be done quickly.

Parking: The lot will be reserved for the visiting teams. Please either walk, park legally in the neighborhood or use the VRE parking lot.

Set-up: 9-10s are in charge of Set-up. Please arrive by 4:20 to start the top deck conversion. Once the Swim Club closes at 4:40 to members, we will quickly need to convert the bottom deck.

Warm-ups: Our warm-ups are at 5:10pm. Please make sure your swimmers are ready to jump in the water at that time.

Team Area: We will be sharing the wading pool area. Please let your swimmers know that that will be on that far half of the wading pool.

Theme: Tonight’s theme is Pirate Night!

Volunteers: We are looking for someone to be a Marshal and run the Snow Cone machine. Please email us if you are available.

Tear-Down:  Tear Down is for the 13-14s tonight.  Lots of hands make the work quick.
