Happy Monday, Burke Station families!

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Parents’ Meeting on Saturday. It was great seeing so many familiar faces and a few new ones as well! Team Dues and Volunteer Checks

If you still need to pay your swim team dues, you can drop a check off to one of the Team Reps, give it to us the first day of practice, or request an invoice by emailing us. If you've asked for an invoice to pay your swim team dues, the invoice will come from Square.

Volunteer Checks ($300 made out to “BKS Swim Team”) can also be brought to the first week of practices. We will be reaching out individually to those we are missing payment or volunteer checks.

BSSC Membership

Please make sure you have joined the Swim Club - this is very important!. We will be cross-referencing our registration list with the membership list because, for insurance purposes and to be in compliance with league rules, all swimmers must be members of the Swim Club prior to the first practice.

SwimTopia Alerts

We don't want to wish this into reality, but it's very possible that next week’s weather for first practices will be on the cooler side. Please make sure you have downloaded the SwimTopia app on your phone so that we can send out timely updates on practice status. We use the alert system for weather-related and other time-sensitive updates throughout the season.

Juniors families…if and when necessary, we will also be sending alerts to you specifically once your practices start, so we suggest that you also download the app and log in as we get closer to the middle of June.

Bowling Pep Rally

Please make sure to sign up for the bowling pep rally on June 19 at 5:00 pm at Bowl America in Burke. You can do this at https://burkestation.swimtopia.com/shop/200099. This is ALWAYS a fun way to start the season, so we hope you can all make it!

Team Caps

Personalized Swim Caps must be ordered by Tuesday, May 19 at 4:00 pm via the Metro Swim Shop portal (click here). If you get a message that the item is sold out, please email us immediately.

We will also be ordering non-personalized team caps. We will accept payment for these at practices once they are in hand.
