Hello again, Burke Station families!

We're excited to open registration for our winter swim program today! We have again been allocated four lanes at Audrey Moore Rec Center on Sunday evenings from 5:00-6:00pm and would love to see them filled! We will be practicing each Sunday from September 20 to May 17 except for the below no-swim dates:

• November 30: Thanksgiving Weekend
• December 28: Christmas/Winter Break
• January 4: New Year
• January 18: PVS January Open Swim Meet
• April 5: Easter/Spring Break

Based on feedback we received after last offseason, we decided to go with two registration options for this winter. See below for some more details:

1. Full-season registration (link here): This entitles each registered swimmer to attend all practices. As it has been for the past few years, the cost for for the entire "offseason program" will be $300.
2. Partial-season registration (link here):
   • 10-practice "punch card": For $150, a family can have swimmers attend up to 10 combined practices.
   • 20-practice "punch card": At $250, a family can have swimmers attend up to 20 combined practices.
   • Additional Family Member: Use this option if you have multiple swimmers and would like to spread your available practices among them. Register one swimmer for the punch card option and then your other swimmer(s) for this one.

We realize that the new options might be a little confusing, so please reach out to us if you have any questions.

We will track attendance each week but, since we know you all, we figure you can be on your honor for not using more than your purchased practices. ;)

If you have friends and neighbors who were not on the team this summer but who are interested in swimming with us this winter, please feel free send them this info. Based on the responses on the interest form, we should have open slots and would love to have new families get involved before next summer!

We haven't yet filled out all of our coaching positions for this offseason. If you are a parent of an older swimmer who might be interested in adding to our winter coaching crew, let us know!
