That was a super fun IM Carnival last night! The kids swam so well and brought home the trophy for the third year in a row! It’s time to build on those results around and get at it again tomorrow at Fox Mill Woods.

Fox Mill Woods Address, Parking, and Other Meet Details

• Address:2634A Black Fir Court in Reston (an approximately 30-minute drive from BSSC)
• Warmups will begin at 8:25 am, but please arrive by 8:15 so the kids are ready to jump into the pool on time.
• Fox Mill Woods is making their parking lot available for our use. The lot will likely fill up, so use the surrounding street parking if there are no more spots available. Please avoid parking on any grass areas, especially near the pool entrance. Cars are subject to being towed from there.
• Concessions will be open and serving breakfast items and drinks. Fox Mill Woods accepts cash, PayPal, and Zelle for purchases.

Post-Meet Lunch

Thank you to Heather Rose-Glowacki for setting up our post-meet team lunch! We’ll be chowing down at Glory Days in the Fox Mill Shopping Center (2567 John Milton Drive in Herndon).

Please let us know if you plan to attend by going to the BKS Team Lunch Interest form by this afternoon. This will help us tell Glory Days how big of a section we’ll need for lunch.

Volunteer Dress Code and Arrival

Just your regular reminder that all deck volunteers must adhere to the NVSL dress code of white top and dark blue bottoms. Rain gear can be any color.

We ask that you arrive by 8:00 so you can get oriented/set up and be ready for pre-meet briefings.

We’ll see you at 6:00 this evening (if not sooner) for pizza and car decorating!
