We have some pertinent information for the meet this Saturday at Hollin Hills. Please see below.

Address/Parking:

• Address:1602 Paul Spring Road, Alexandria
• Parking is limited, so our hosts have said that they will make their parking lot available for our team. If the lot is full, park on Paul Spring Road and NOT Fort Hunt Road. You will be ticketed if you park on Fort Hunt.

Meet Time Change: Given the forecast for Saturday, the meet will now start at 8:30 am, with our warmups starting at 8:00 am. Hopefully this is a fast meet so we can get everyone home and in the AC/pool as soon as possible!

Thank you to all of our volunteers for filling all of our jobs so early, and especially to Laura and Kirsten for jumping in to help when Hollin Hills requested we provide additional officials! If, however, you need to change your volunteer assignment, please do it by this evening and let us know via email since we need to send our volunteer list to Hollin Hills tomorrow morning.

We will be bringing plenty of tents, so if there's room to put them up for spectators (as well as the swimmers), we'll absolutely do that. As normal, be sure to have bug spray, sunscreen and plenty of water for yourselves and your swimmers!

We'll be sending the meet sheet tomorrow morning, so be on the lookout!

One More Reminder: Please declare your swimmers as soon as possible for next Wednesday's Relay Carnival. Thanks!!
