Good Sunday Morning, BKS families!

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to the Parents Meeting last night (and if you couldn't make it, we definitely missed you). It was great to see so many familiar faces and it was truly exciting to see and meet so many the new families! We didn't get to meet everyone - kids and parents both - so we hope to remedy that in the next couple weeks!

We know that there was a lot of information provided last night, so if you have any questions that you didn't get a chance to ask or if something has only just popped into your head, please send us an email or call/send Matt a text. We're always happy to answer!

If you weren't able to make it to the meeting, please bring your registration and volunteer checks to next weekend's BSSC Open House or drop them in the box outside Deirdre's home.

Upcoming Events

• BKS Bake Sale: We will be hosting a bake sale at the Swim Club Open House starting at 11:00 am next Saturday, May 25. If you can, please bring baked goods (homemade or store-bought) to the pool as early as 10:00 and we'll get everything set up. This event is open to everyone, so pass the word to your friends and neighbors who might be looking for a pool and/or team to join this summer and ask them to stop by!
• First Practice: Our first practice of the season is on the afternoon of Tuesday, May 28 (practice schedule). Fingers crossed that the weather heats up a bit between now and then! JUNIORS PARENTS: Your practices don't start until Tuesday, June 18 - the week after school lets out.
• Time Trials: We will be holding time trials on Saturday, June 8. This is the basis from which we can see all the time drops for your swimmers this season. This event, along with the first B Meet of the season on that following Monday, sets the stage for the coaches to be able to set the lineup for our first A Meet of the season.

Man...just writing this really hits home that the fun is only now beginning. We've attached a few pictures and vides that Coach Kelly sent us from last night. This is just a taste of the fun the kids will be having this summer!
