We've made it to the final week of the regular season! Attached is a list of swimmers participating in Divisionals. The coaches should have notified each swimmer what they are swimming- if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email us or chase us down at practice. 

VOLUNTEERS 

Hosting Divisionals is a major undertaking and we need ALL parents to help to ensure the meet runs smoothly. We have assigned some key roles but will also need parents to fill in additional spaces. Please consider having both parents and/or siblings assist with volunteer jobs!

Time Card Runner: 1 SPOT 1st Shift (arrive 8am);1 SPOT 2nd Shift (arrive @10:45am) 

1 SPOT Parking Marshal (stand at pool house entry and check for parking passes; arrive @ 6:45am) 

**If you CANNOT fulfill your volunteer role listed above, please reach out to us ASAP so we can work to fill your role with another volunteer. If you are not volunteering and can help us fill the open spots, we would really appreciate it! 

Event Timeline 

Attached is an estimated timeline for the events. Please remember that the “no earlier times” simply means that the warmups will not start before that time. While your swimmers should be there before the warmup times, there is a good chance that this timeline will be pushed back throughout the day.
