A-Meet Debrief, B-Meet TOMORROW @ Burke Station
Hi All-
**Please read the entire email as there is a lot of information for these last two weeks**
Wow! That has to be one of the closest meets we have had in years...at least as far back as we can remember. We are SO proud of how well everyone swam on Saturday. We have one more B Meet TOMORROW at Burke Station and then our final A meet on Saturday @Commonwealth.
When: Please arrive at 4:45PM dressed and ready for warmups at 5:00PM. **Parents of swimmers in the 9-10 age group should arrive at 4:30 to set-up the meet. Parents of swimmers in the 11-12 age group are responsible for cleanup after the meet.
Volunteers: We will have a volunteer check-in when you arrive. Just a reminder, all deck volunteers should be in white tops and blue bottoms as this is the NVSL dress code.
IM Carnival
If your swimmer is interested in swimming in IM Carnival on Thursday, July 13th, please declare your swimmer in Swimtopia. Declarations for this meet will close on Tuesday, July 11th at 11am.
Movie Night
Friday evening we will be hosting a MOVIE NIGHT featuring the new Mario Movie. Parents can drop off their swimmers at 5pm and pick up swimmers around 7:00pm. Swimmers can bring a pillow and blanket to watch the show. We will also be serving a slice of pizza, popcorn, and a juice box for $5 per person. You MUST sign up through the google form by 9pm Thursday, July 13th if you want pizza/drink (we will have popcorn for everyone). You can pay via cash at the door Friday night.
