Ice Cream Social & A Meet vs. Lake Braddock Saturday, June 30th
Hey All-
What a great night last night! We echo the coaches sentiments regarding our swimmers and parents. We literally could not do any of this without you all!
We are gearing up for another A-Meet on Saturday. This is our FINAL Home A-Meet which also means it's our Senior Meet. Coaches should have told swimmers if/what they are swimming this morning at practice. We have released the races in Swimtopia so you can double check if you weren't at practice. If you aren't swimming Saturday, we would love for swimmers to come and support the team! We will also be celebrating our only senior- Lucas Gomez- with cake at the end of the meet!
Ice Cream Social/Meet Set-Up
Friday night we will have our Ice Cream Social at 6:30pm. We are selling Ice Cream for $2/scoop with toppings. We are cash only, so please be sure to bring cash to purchase ice cream. After the ice cream social, we will take the remaining toppings and use them to make our coaches into HUMAN SUNDAES! This is the highlight of the season for many swimmers so you DO NOT want to miss out!

In addition to the Ice Cream Social, we will also Chalk-the-Walk/Make Posters to welcome Lake Braddock to our pool (again!) on Saturday morning.
*Meet Set-Up will be done by the 15-18 Swimmers/Families and start at 7:00PM Friday evening.
**Meet Break-Down will be done by the 8&U Swimmers/Families at the conclusion of the meet on Saturday.
Meet Details
Where: HOME- Burke Station Swim Club. This is our RED, WHITE, AND BLUE Meet so come dressed in your best patriotic wear!
When: Swimmers should be in the team area at 7:45am and ready to be in the water at 8am. Come dressed in your suit- bring your BSST cap, goggles, towel, water bottle, sunscreen, and bug spray!
Weather Details: We will be swimming the meet unless there is thunder/lightning or hard rain. We will communicate weather delays via Remind.
Volunteers: Please check-in with Alexis when you arrive. Just a reminder, all volunteers should be in white tops and blue bottoms as this is the NVSL dress code.
If you are scheduled to swim and cannot attend for any reason, please text Matt (703-403-7050) or Alexis (843-422-9560) so that we can scratch your swimmer.
