Meet Tonight!

Sorry for all the emails...trying to get back in our rhythm!
We are monitoring the weather for tonight and are hopeful we will get the meet in! As many of you know, sometimes we experience weather delays during summer swim meets. The Swimtopia alerts were a bit difficult to navigate last year, so we set-up an account with Remind to provide instant notifications to families. We are asking everyone to subscribe to Remind- via text or through the App (available in both Apple and Google Play) so that you can receive up to date notifications regarding meets and practices!
How to subscribe to Remind?
There are two ways you can subscribe to our Remind Alerts:
1. Text @46kd4d to 81010. Once approved, you will receive up to date text messages.
2. Download the Remind App (Blue with a white cursive "R") and add our code (@46kd4d) along with your information. We will approve members as they are received!
Additional Meet Details
Everyone please arrive at 5pm tonight. The team area will be located in the pavilion and grassy area so I would encourage everyone to bring chairs to be on the safe side. Please note: The playset area is off limits for swimmers and families. Please let your swimmers know before you arrive so that coaches and team reps can focus on the meet.
Concessions: Full concessions tonight offering grilled foods, prepackaged hot and cold foods, as well as snacks and drinks.
Weather Details: In the event of thunder/lightning, all families will be asked to shelter in their cars. Swimmers should take all of their belongings in-case we do not return to the pool deck. Pool thunder/lightning policy is to wait 30 minutes from last rumble/strike. If only rain, we will continue the meet as long as the bottom of the pool can still be seen. We will communicate weather delays via Remind.
Volunteers: We will have a volunteer check-in when you arrive. Reed Watts will be checking in volunteers- you can find a Team Rep and we will point you in the right direction :).
