Hello Destroyers! Us coaches wanted to reach out regarding the next few days as we have not been able to hold practice these last few days. Today at practice we will finish preparing for meets as we go over how to warm up properly, meet etiquette and any other final details. Time Trials 6/10 Tomorrow we are thrilled to be kicking off the competitive season with our very first meet, Time Trials! We hope you all come ready to race and cheer loud for your teammates. Just a reminder, there are zero expectations regarding performance tomorrow, we just want you to all get comfortable with the racing environment of a meet. We are going to have a ton of fun and this year we are introducing a new contest! The age group that cheers the loudest and has the most team spirit throughout the meet tomorrow will have a surprise waiting for them when we return to practice on Tuesday. First B Meet 6/12 As today is our last practice before our B meet on Monday, we wanted to send a few quick reminders. For all away meets this year we would love it if all swimmers came to meets in your very best blue and gold outfits to show our team spirit. We are excited to have you guys show off all of the hard work you have put into the pool over the last two weeks. In addition, as this is our first B meet of the season, it is more important than ever to be good role models and show respect to the other team as well as their facility at Parliament. But most of all, swim fast!
