After conversing with other NVSL Teams and our coaches, we have decided to cancel practice this evening due to the poor air quality. We are hopeful that tomorrow will be better and we will get back into the pool! 

Just a few reminders:

• Please be sure you have completed your RSVP for Time Trials so that coaches can make the meet sheet. This will help the meet run smoothly! 
• Sign-up for our first B-Meet vs. Parliament on 6/12. Swimmers can choose two events + bonus IM. 
• Sign-up for Jobs- we still need a handful of timers for Time Trials on Saturday morning, as well as our first B Meet.
