Hi All- 

What a great turnout for the Parent Meeting on Saturday night! We are excited to get swimmers in the water NEXT TUESDAY!! For those of you who missed the meeting, here are a few important reminders, along with a copy of the agenda from the meeting. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

• Please bring Registration Check AND Volunteer Check ($250) at your swimmer's first practice. Practice schedule is included in attachment.
• I have suits for most swimmers- if yours is still on order, Metro will call you personally when they are in and ready for pickup. If you haven't ordered your suit, please do so by May 31st to ensure that you can get your suit on time for the first meet.
• Meet schedule is included in the attachment
• Time Trials 6/10
• Picture Day 6/20
• Volunteer Requirement Changes:
  • 8 Volunteer Requirements for the Year
  • Removed Ice Delivery and Set-up/Break-down from Volunteer credits. Families will be asked to set-up/break-down based on last name- this will be added to the Meet Details in Swimtopia
  • Concessions is looking for several Coordinators. If you are interested in any of these, please reach out to us:
  • Prep (day before)
  • Day of Coordinator
  • Shopper
  • Transition Group: 4 volunteer requirements for the season if you have no other Destroyer swimmers
• Please note Meet Themes! All away meets will be "blue & gold." Home meet themes are being added to Meet Details in Swimtopia this week!
