**Divisionals Information- Please Read!
Hi All-
Please read all this information closely. There is a lot of information included in this email related to Divisionals on Saturday morning!
Just to keep things interesting, the order of events for divisionals changes each year- this way butterfly isn't always the last event :). This year, the order of the meet goes as followed: Breaststroke, Butterfly, followed by a 10-minute intermission for awards, and conclude with IM, Freestyle, and Backstroke. Please be mindful of how this will impact your swimmer!

Hosted by: Broyhill Crest- 7212 Early St. Annandale, VA
Arrival Time: 7:30** Our warm-ups start at 7:45am. Only swimmers who are swimming Breaststroke and Butterfly need to arrive for this first warm-up. Unlike other meets, there will be a brief 10-minute warm-up before each stroke. Please see the attached estimated timeline for later stroke warm-ups.
Parking: Parking will be an issue. There is no parking in the pool parking lot (it is reserved) and you are discouraged from parking in the neighborhood. Parking will be available at the Cornerstone Church and Mason Crest Elementary School. You may drop off your swimmer at Cornerstone Church and then find parking elsewhere- there is a path from the church to the pool. Please give yourself additional time to find parking. Things to Bring: Swim suit (girls, no tie backs!), goggles, caps, towel, water, sunscreen, snacks, etc. It is going to be EXTREMELY hot on Saturday. Please bring extra water/drinks. It might be a good idea to bring a personal fan/mister to cool swimmers while they wait to swim. Our seating is in the grass, so please bring your own chair to sit on. We will be bringing tents to try and provide shade for swimmers. We are in seating area 5 on the attached map.
What is my swimmer swimming?!:Please see the attached sheet for events. Please arrive with ample time. The meet will not wait for your swimmer to arrive.
