Hi Everyone...

We can't believe that the first half of our swim season is behind us, which means that the July Session of Junior Destroyers is about to begin! We had a wonderful June session, with the kids learning plenty of new swimming skills and making lots of new Junior (and "big Destroyer") friends, and now we're looking to build on the skills we've learned so far this summer. But not only that...we're also especially looking forward to welcoming a few new Juniors to the team in July!

Our schedule will remain the same, with practices running from 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM on Tuesday through Thursday beginning on Tuesday, July 5. We recommend that swimmers arrive with towels and goggles, and while the shallow end of the pool has ample shade early in the day, by the time practice finishes much of it is in the sun, so you may want to have your swimmer(s) apply sunscreen before practice.

We also want to remind all families that, on the afternoon of Thursday, July 21, we will be hosting a community event around the annual Lollipop Meet for all of our 8 & Under swimmers. Please be on the lookout for more information as we get closer to the date. 

We hope everyone has an enjoyable holiday weekend...we're really looking forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday morning!
