Here we go for our 2nd of four home meets in a row! We will be hosting our neighbors- Village West- for our first A Home meet of the season. Come dressed in your best Luau attire! 

Team: Village West 

Location: HOME! 

Arrival Time: 7:45am. Warm-ups begin at 8:00am. Meet starts at 9am. Come dressed ready to swim! 

Things to Bring: Swim suit (girls, no tie backs!), goggles, caps (highly encouraged; team caps can be purchased at concessions for $10), towel, water, sunscreen, snacks, etc.

What is my swimmer swimming?!: If you are unsure of what your swimmer is swimming, we will release the scheduled events in Swimtopia at 11am. You can click on the "Meet Entry" box under this meet. If you scroll down you will see your swimmer's events. Please make note if your swimmer is swimming in a relay- do not leave before your swimmer's relay! 

Concessions Tab: Our concessions team sent an email regarding Tab Dues for the first two meets. Please reconcile your tabs as soon as possible. 

Volunteer Positions: We are in DESPERATE need of concessions workers. Our concession profits are necessary to keep participation costs down. If your family has not worked in concessions this summer, please consider signing up for this meet or one of the upcoming home meets. If we do not get enough volunteers in concessions, we will need to modify volunteer requirements. 

Trash: Please remind your swimmers to clean up their space in the team area. There was a lot of trash left behind after the B Meet on Monday night. 

*CHALK THE WALK* Since this is a Home Meet, we will have a Pep Rally on FRIDAY at the pool to Chalk the Walk and welcome Village West to our pool Saturday morning! Bring dinner and play a few rounds of Bingo starting at 6pm. We will set up the pool at the 8:30 (or a bit earlier if the pool is not occupied by Let us know if you have any questions!!
