Declaring/Signing Up for Meets 

All A and B meet sign-ups will be done via Swimtopia! 

A Meets (Saturday Mornings): Please declare "Yes, I'm available" or "No, I'm not available" as soon as you know whether you can/cannot attend the meet- you can always go back and modify your response. These responses must be completed by the end of the day Monday before the upcoming Saturday meet. Families will be notified on Wednesday/Thursday if your child is swimming in the meet on Saturday. 

To Declare for A Meets:

• Click on the Green Button "Meet Entry" under the selected meet
• "Edit" your swimmer's status- if you have more than one swimmer, please be sure you indicate availability for each swimmer
• You will select "Attending" or "Not Attending" the meet.
• Click "Save"

B Meets (Monday Evening): For these meets, swimmers choose what events they swim. Swimmers can swim 2 events + IM (if they choose) at these meets. Meet Sign-Ups will open on Saturday evening and close on Monday morning after practice. Just a reminder, if you swim in the meet on Saturday and score points in that event (place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd), you cannot swim that event for the following B Meet.

To Signup for B Meets:

• Click on the Green Button "Meet Entry" under selected meet
• "Edit" your swimmer's status.
• You need to select "Attending" or "Not Attending" the meet and then you can select your swimmer's races. You can also leave notes here- maybe your swimmer wants to try butterfly or breaststroke but you are unsure if they are legal? Leave comments here for coaches to review prior to the meet.
• Click "Save"

Volunteer SIgn-Ups

Volunteer sign-ups will go live tomorrow, June 1st at 9:00AM. Just a reminder, you need to volunteer for 8 positions throughout the season. You do NOT need to sign up for all 8 as soon as the sign-ups are available but know that the closer to the meet, less variety of volunteer positions will be available.
To sign-up for a volunteer position, you will:

• Click on Calendars & Signups
• Scroll to the selected meet and click on the Green Box (not up yet) for Job Signup
• Select the job position- make note that some positions require certification

We encourage everyone to download the Swimtopia app if you haven't already. This will be the primary communication method for weather delays throughout the season.
